Netrunner is a Linux distribution that comes with a variety of programs pre-installed: a web browser, an office suite, media apps to play videos and music, an instant messaging client and many more.

The beta release of gNewSense 3.0 (code name 'Parkes' is available for download. There are netboot images for all 3 architectures and a live CD for i386. I'd like some feedback on that first before I spend time on creating a live CD for amd64. I also hope to resolve some of the following issues with the live CD shortly: the live installer (which can be started with the icon on the live desktop) fails at step 'Configure the package manager', the text and GUI install (started from the boot menu) do work; you get an i486 kernel by default, you can install the i686 kernel like any other package once you've booted the system; boot menu items Memtest86+ and Help fall off the bottom of the screen....

Compilation celebrating the 100th anniversary of 'L'Arte dei Rumori', the first artistic manifesto concerning noise music. It was written by Luigi Russolo, an Italian futurist painter and composer, who was interested in classifying all the new sounds that were coming out from the machines at the time. The tracks on this compilation are not about white noise, they cover all spectrum of experimental sounds: music concrete, electro acoustic, free jazz, circuit bending, field recordings, etc. This compilation was released on January 1st, the Public Domain Day under public domain licenses. "Dance it, Dance all" is the 10th Easton Ellises creative commons single.To mark the occasion, the band launched a successful 30 day fan funding (a.k.a. crowd funding) campaign in order to collect the funds necessary to press a vinyl record.A producer pack was put up on the web for artists to remix and submit their own versions of the song. The response was phenomenal and "Dance it, Dance all" remixes were submitted from all over the world. Due to the limited amount of play time available on a vinyl record, only the original version, a Motel Costes Mix and the bands 6 favourite remixes were pressed onto the record and officially released in Montreal, Canada on May 17th 2012.Included in this "Dance it, Dance all" release are the 12 cuts that the band really wanted to press on the record.

We created three themes with images included in Windows 8. The first is named Flowers and includes seven great looking wallpapers featuring beautiful flowers. The second theme includes the images used for the Windows 8 Release Preview lock screen. The third is named Lock Screen and includes all the wallpapers used for the Windows 8 lock screen. The format used for the themes is compatible with Windows 7. Windows 8 themes cannot be used in Windows 7.
